The condominium is located ten minutes from the warm and sandy beaches of the gulf coast as well as elegant shopping on 3rd street and 5th avenue. There are many parking lots on the beach for quick and convienient beach access. Our condominium looks out over a spacious, quiet, decorative pool. At the end of the street you will find a pleasant walking trail that winds arounds the lakes in the Berkshire Lakes neighborhood. Partridge Pointe is always perfectly landscaped and offers the perfect winter retreat.
